Drip coffee
Made with hot water that passes through roast ground coffee, typically at a slow pace.
French press
This type of coffee is made with a French press by adding coffee and water with a temperature of up to 96 degrees.
Cold brew coffee
This type of drink is made by soaking coarse coffee in cold water. This process usually takes a few hours to complete.
Percolated coffee
Percolated coffee is made with a percolated cup. It requires heating up coffee dipped into water for a few minutes.
Turkish coffee
Turkish coffee is made by boiling techniques. Its typically ready when the coffee is just about to boil.
Moka Pot coffee
This type of coffee requires using a Moka pot. It is characterized by pressurized steam boiling.
Vacuum coffee
Vapors produce coffee in vacuum coffee. Most people make this type of coffee in pots with 2 chambers.
Espresso
Made with an espresso machine, this type of coffee is made using hot water. The water is forced through compacted coffee.

Americano
An Americano coffee is similar to an espresso but with extra hot water, because it is often made with an espresso machine instead of a coffee maker.
Lungo
Caffee lungo is a larger espresso which is made with more coffee and extra water.
Manilo
A typical manilo coffee is made with 1 shot of espresso and a maximum of 100ml of milk.
Cubano
Cubano coffee is made with a sweet profile. It mixes sugar with coffee before brewing.
Zorro
This type of strong coffee is made with 1 shot of espresso and a similar amount of hot water.
Doppio
This coffee is made with 2 shots of espresso. It’s served in a classic Turkish Doppio coffee cup.
Roberto
Café Roberto or Roberto is made with 2 shots of espresso with just a bit of steamed milk.
Romano
Romano coffee is a simple shot of espresso which is served with 1 slice of lemon or bergamot on the side.
Guillermo
Guillermo coffee also uses slices of lemon. But these slices are placed at the bottom of the cup and the shot of espresso sits on top of it.
Ristretto
Ristretto is a type of concentrated espresso. It is normally made with only half of the water used in a regular espresso.
Irish coffee
This type of alcoholic coffee is made by combining espresso with whiskey.
Coretto
Sambuca or brandy is added to a shot of espresso to make a Coretto, a type of Italian coffee with alcohol.
Barraquito
This complex winter-time coffee is made with espresso, condensed milk, foam milk, cinnamon and a slice of lemon for higher acidity.
Melya
This type of coffee is made by combining 1 shot of espresso with honey.
Miel
A similar recipe is used to make café Miel which combines espresso, honey, cinnamon, and milk.
Instant coffee
Instant coffee is made with pure coffee, pure coffee and sugar, or pure coffee, sugar, and milk. All of these ingredients are dehydrated and rehydrated when you pour hot water on top.
Decaffeinated coffee
This type of coffee is made without caffeine.
Long black
This type of strong coffee is similar to an Americano. But it uses double the espresso for an extra impact.

This type of coffee with ice has been invented by Starbucks but the name is now used by all large coffee chains.

This type of coffee is strong but it adds a small often barely visible quantity of milk.
Latte macchiato
This drink is made by first adding milk and then pouring a shot of espresso on top.
Cortado
This drink is made by combining 1 shot of espresso with 1 shot of steamed milk.
Mochaccino
This drink is made with 1 shot of espresso and hot chocolate. It’s also called a mocha coffee.
Vietnamese coffee
This type of rich coffee is made with espresso and either yogurt or eggs.
Bulletproof coffee
This type of coffee is made with butter or MCT oil and its common on the Keto diet.
Nitro
This coffee is made with espresso and nitrogen for a fizzy-foamy texture.

Affogato
This type of drink is made by adding espresso to ice cream. It is also sometimes made with caramel and other toppings.
Double double
This drink is made with black coffee, 2 sugars, and 2 creams. It has been popularized by Tim Hortons.
Pocilo
This South American coffee is made in a special Pocilo cup. Its bitter-sweet taste uses no sugar in the preparation stages.
Palazzo
This type of ice coffee is made in the US. It uses instant espresso chilling after brewing.
Mazagran
This type of ice coffee is made in Algeria. It is traditionally served in tall glass cups such as those of a latte.
Freddo
Freddo is made with espresso, ice cubes, and milk foam into a refreshing summertime drink.
Gunfire
This type of coffee drink is made with black coffee, black tea, and extra rum.
